Case software for family law gets bought by a partner and checked by a COLP, a practice manager and somebody’s data protection adviser. These are for them. Where we do not yet have a detail, the page says so in red rather than guessing at it.
- For a data protection leadPrivacy policyWho is the controller of what, every area of the product that holds personal data, the lawful bases, the transfers, the retention periods and your rights.
- For a COLPAcceptable use policyWhat the product may be used for, what may never be uploaded, the limits on the assistant, and what happens when this is broken.
