Pricing

One price for the firm

Not per fee earner, so adding the paralegal who actually does the bundle costs nothing. Not per matter, so nobody hesitates before opening a file. Every price is plus VAT, and every plan is the whole product.

The trial

Seven days in the real product with your own matters. No card is taken and nothing renews at the end of it.

Model use

Every plan carries a published fair-use allowance. If a firm goes past it we ring and agree what happens next. No surprise invoices.

Three years

Eleven months off across the term, and the price is locked for all three years. There is no lifetime licence: software with a running cost behind it cannot honestly be sold once and served forever.

What it is against

Priced against the hours it removes

A firm does not buy software, it buys back time and it buys down risk. These are the things the price sits next to.

A paralegal day
Roughly £180 to £260 in a typical practice. The whole firm plan costs less than one of those a month.
One hearing gone wrong
A missed direction, a bundle out of order, a figure that did not match. Any of them costs more than a year of this.
Per-seat legal AI
Commonly quoted per user per month, and only after a demonstration. Seven people on that is several times this.
Doing nothing
The cheapest option, until the first time somebody has to reconstruct who approved a draft and when.

Asked before signing

The awkward ones, answered

Is the cheapest plan a cut-down product?
No. Every plan is the whole product. What changes between them is how many people are in it, and what a larger firm needs around it, like single sign-on.
What counts as a person?
Anybody with an account: fee earners, paralegals, administrators. Counsel and experts you invite onto one matter do not count, and neither does a client using the portal.
What if we grow past a tier mid-year?
The software tells you before you do: the eighth invitation on a seven-person plan is refused, with the reason and the plan that covers it. You move up and pay the difference pro rata from that day. Going the other way takes effect at renewal.
Is there a lifetime plan?
No, and we will not sell one. There is a running cost behind every matter analysed, so a single payment for perpetual service is a promise we could not keep. Three years is the longest term, at eleven months off.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Moving your precedents in is included on the two larger plans, and quoted at cost below them if you want help with it.
What happens if we stop?
You export everything, and we delete it. Thirty days to take it out, then it goes, and we confirm in writing when asked.

Try it on a matter that keeps going wrong

A week in the real product with your own files. No card, nothing renews, and everything you put in is yours to take away.
